How Small Thyme Cafe and Catering Prices Your Event

This information includes complete pricing so you will know what the costs will be right from the start. We provide customized interesting menus with great service and presentation at affordable prices. We encourage you to supply your own beverages, as this is more cost effective to you. We do not charge for corkage or clean up of facilities.

Explanation of pricing:

The price per person includes the menu, plate ware, glassware, and flatware.

Appetizers, Desserts, Sodas, Juices, Waters, Alcoholic Beverages, Coffee and Tea are extra. (Please see our accompanying menus).

Staff Personnel for the event…180.00 per staff person from set up through clean up.

Kitchen Personnel for the event…180.00 per staff person from set up through clean up.

Coordinator for the event (if needed)…180.00

Table Clothes, a range of colors…16.50 per cloth.

Cloth Napkins, a range of colors…1.50 per cloth napkin.

Cloth Overlays…15.50 per overlay.

Coffee and Tea Service for the event…2.00 per person.

18% gratuity added on all food and beverage items.

18% delivery charge on all food and beverage for drop off events.

8.75% sales tax added to all food, beverages, labor and rentals
