In 2004, with years of experience in fine dining, Chef Larry Kiesler joined forces with Barbara Perry, who had 30 years experience in the hotel, restaurant management and catering fields. Together, they created Small Thyme Catering.
As of 2016, Executive Chef John Morgan has assumed ownership of Small Thyme Catering, and the promise to continue to provide excellent food and service at a great price. Chef John is a Le Cordon Bleu certified chef, and brings along with him 9 years of experience in catering, fine dining and international cuisine.
Small Thyme offers full service and delivery catering to Contra Costa County and its surrounding areas.

We offer tastings by appointment only. During your appointment we will design a menu and service package that will satisfy all your requests. If you don't see what you're interested in through our standard catering menus, just let us know and Chef John can create a specialized menu tailored especially for you.
